Hemp-Derived Cannabinol (CBN) Distillate
Colorado Green Lab distillate is produced from industrial hemp using a proprietary process that directs the conversion of cannabidiol (CBD) into cannabinol (CBN).

Properties of Cannabinol (CBN)
Cannabinol (CBN) accumulates naturally in trace amounts in cannabis and industrial hemp as THC and CBD are oxidized. Similar to CBD, CBN is believed to have sedative and anti-anxiety qualities and is not psychoactive. Used by itself, or combined synergistically with CBD, CBN reduces anxiety and pain, and may be useful in the treatment of insomnia by promoting healthy, natural sleep.

Cannabinoids With Enhanced Bioavailability
Due to their lipophilic nature, cannabinoids are poorly absorbed (<15%) by the digestive tract. As a consequence of this poor absorption, edible cannabinoid products often produce highly variable effects and a negative experience for the consumer.

Colorado Green Lab produces CBN and CBD with enhanced stability and solubility for incorporation into edible formulations. Nano-encapsulated and water-soluble CBN amd CBD can be tailored to individual product formulations to impart fast-acting sublingual absorption, or to promote increased absorption ("extended release") in the digestive tract. Our products improve the consistency of cannabinoid edibles and a more positive experience for the consumer.
